What are your Candles Made With?
We use a coconut-apricot wax blend, quality fragrance oils, and wicks we test specifically with each vessel and formula.
We’re very picky about materials, and we’re always testing new ones as we find better options.
What’s your Return Policy?
We accept returns on unused, unburned candles within 14 days of delivery. If your candle has been burned, we usually can’t accept it as a return just because the scent wasn’t for you.
If something arrived broken, damaged, or clearly isn’t burning the way it should, email us at hello@potionfragrances.com and we’ll help.
What is the Candle's Burn Time?
The total burn time for a Potion candle is around 45-55 hours depending on how you burn it. Keeping the wick trimmed and letting the wax melt evenly across the top will help you get the most out of your candle.
Where are the candles made?
Every candle is poured by hand in small batches in South Florida.
Nothing is coming off a huge production line, which means there can be tiny differences from candle to candle. We think that’s part of the charm!
My Candle is Tunneling. Is it Ruined?
Probably not.
A little wax around the edges early on can sometimes correct itself as the candle burns down. Make sure you’re giving it enough time to melt across the top, keep the wick trimmed, and avoid burning it near a fan or vent.
